Delivery Estimate Policy

Your product is custom-made from scratch. Please allow up to 7 days for the design proof. Each design is crafted by an experienced artist, and in cases of late delivery, loyalty points will be rewarded.

Digital File Only: Digital products may take up to 7 days.

Delivery for Physical Products

Finalized designs require 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number. Shipping times range from 3-10 business days for the USA and up to 20 business days internationally.

Product Delivery Time: USA deliveries may take up to 17 days, international deliveries up to 27 days.

Proof of Design Policy

Before completion, we send a proof for approval. You may request one revision for minor changes within 24 hours.

Disclaimer: Modifications are limited to small details, not full redesigns or artistic style changes.

Refund Policy

As a made-to-order business, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged goods. Buyer’s remorse is not accepted. For damaged items, you may receive either a refund or a replacement.

Claims for Products

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package. Email support@pettzestudio.com with photos of the damage to file a claim.

Extraordinary Circumstances

Claims due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Pettze Studio retains ownership of all products and services provided. We reserve the right to promote, publish, or use any product for marketing purposes. Digital designs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold.

Giveaways

By entering a giveaway, you become a loyalty member and agree to receive promotional deals. Opting out before the giveaway ends forfeits your entry. Pettze Studio retains ownership of all designs created for giveaways and may use them for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Pettze Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under New Jersey jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

Pettze Studio is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
