You'll receive proof of the mockup via email before
we print your design on a product.
Before your order is complete we will send a proof to review. If you need any
modifications made, you will receive a one-time request for a revision.
Simply let us know within 24 hours of receiving the proof, with your
request and we'll make the requested changes for you.
(Please note that modifications do not mean a full redesign or a different
type of style change. We will modify small details that you would like to change.)
Are There refunds?
We are a made-to-order business, which means as soon as you place your
order, we start producing it for you immediately. For that reason, returns and
exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. You have 48
hours after receiving your package to make a claim regarding your damaged
goods. After 48 hours, your claim cannot be claimed unless in extraordinary
circumstances. Please email us at support@pettzestudio.com to file a claim.
We also do not accept buyer's remorse. In case of damaged goods, you will
have the option of either receiving a refund or receiving a replacement.
(Please Note, if you receive a replacement the delivery process will start all over again.)
