Are there refunds?We are a made-to-order business, which means as soon as you place your order, we start producing it for you immediately. For that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. You have 48 hours after receiving your package to make a claim regarding your damaged goods. After 48 hours, your claim cannot be claimed unless in extraordinary circumstances. Please email us at support@pettzestudio.com to file a claim. We also do not accept buyer's remorse. In case of damaged goods, you will have the option of either receiving a refund or receiving a replacement. Note, if you receive a replacement the delivery process will start all over again.

What type of pets do you illustrate?At Pettze Studio we make unique gifts for dog lovers, cat lovers, as well as any other type of animal lover there may be out there.

Can I request a custom order?Yes, you can just email us at questions@pettzestudio.com with what type of Design/Product you want to customize. From there we will be sent you a custom invoice. EX: Hello, I would like a custom invoice for a frame for the Person + Pet design, I want 8 full-body figures.

What if I want to make a change to my order?We are happy to help with changes as long as you reach out to questions@pettzestudio.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed. After 30 minutes most changes, which include address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

Can I request a modification of my design?Before your order is complete we will send proof to review. If you need any modifications made, you will receive a one-time request for a revision. Just let us know within 24 hours of us sending you the proof with your requested changes. We’ll make the change for you. (Please note that modifications do not mean a full redesign or a different type of style change. We will modify small details that you would like to change.)

How long will it take to receive it?USA Western Europe: Your product is unique and we make it from scratch just for you, so please allow 2.5 weeks from the date of purchase. How can I track my order?After your design is finalized please allow 3-5 Business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number your item is quoted by the carrier, taking 3-10 business for USA delivery, and for other countries may take up to 20 business days depending on your location. We work hard to make sure your product is delivered to you on time; in a case where the product is delivered after our delivery policy, the customer will be rewarded with points from our loyalty member program which they can redeem at checkout.

Will all of my items arrive in the same shipment?While we strive to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and be shipped out separately from the rest. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately due to it being produced quicker than the framed portrait.

Want a product for a Holiday?Note: We are working extra hard this time of year and we suggest ordering your gifts as soon as you can. Please keep in mind that the holidays push back shipping so in order to avoid carrier delays, place your orders as soon as you can. Do you do all animals?At Pettze Studio we make unique gifts for dog lovers, cat lovers, as well as any other type of animal lover there may be out there. Can I have more than one figure in a portrait? Yes, you can! At the moment we offer up to 3 pets and up to 4 figures with our Person + pet design. If you would like more than 3 pets in a single portrait, please reach out to questions@pettzestudio.com for a quote. Disclaimer: We only offer more than one figure for frames and canvas. For any other product, we do not offer additional figures.

Do you create pet memorials?We would be honored in creating portraits in honor of passed pets. We can offer to add angel wings and halos to your pet. Simply email us at questions@pettzestudio.com for a quote with the design and product you would like us to add this to.

Can I receive the portrait without a name?Of course, you can. Additionally not adding your Pet name will allow the design to be bigger.

What makes a good photo?1.) Photo is taken in a well-lit area, with great lighting, and great resolution meaning a good quality photo, a clear image, and without a filter. 2.) Depending on what type of body you choose ( Head, Half Body, Full Body ) you purchase, make sure that body type is within the photo. Meaning if you choose full body make sure a full body image is uploaded. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal. 3.) Avoid overhead, heavy shadow, low lighting, and bad angels such as pets lying down, or blurry photos. 4.) If you purchased a Premium Background make sure the image background is visible and not blurry since we create your image based on your photo except for Pop Art Premium Background. What is a Digital Download?A digital download is a JPEG & PNG file of your final design. We currently have two types of digital downloads, one is a digital download without a product and the other is counted as an extra that comes with a physical product. You will receive your file digitally once your order has shipped.

What is Skip the Line?Skip the Line is an optional add-on to push your custom portrait's artwork to be in front of our artist's queue. By doing so, your artwork will be finished at a quicker speed than a normal order without that option. Please note that this will not change the speed of the shipping/transit of your order, only the production of your design.

What is a Premium Background?All Premium Backgrounds Are Made From Your Photo, Except For Pop Art and Line Art. We use the image you uploaded to create your background. If you have purchased a Premium Background but the initial design you uploaded does not include the desired image for the Premium background, you have the option to upload a second image under the "Upload Alternative Background Image" section. This will enable us to craft the Premium Background according to your preferences.
