We are a made-to-order business, which means as soon as you place your
order, we start producing it for you immediately. For that reason, returns and
exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. You have 48
hours after receiving your package to make a claim regarding your damaged
goods. After 48 hours, your claim cannot be claimed unless in extraordinary
circumstances. Please email us at support@pettzestudio.com to file a claim.
We also do not accept buyer's remorse. In case of damaged goods, you will
have the option of either receiving a refund or receiving a replacement. Note,
if you receive a replacement the delivery process will start all over again.
At Pettze Studio we make unique gifts for dog lovers, cat lovers, as well as
any other type of animal lover there may be out there.
Yes, you can just email us at questions@pettzestudio.com with what type of
Design/Product you want to customize. From there we will be sent you a
custom invoice.
EX: Hello, I would like a custom invoice for a frame for the Person + Pet
design, I want 8 full-body figures.
We are happy to help with changes as long as you reach out to
questions@pettzestudio.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
After 30 minutes most changes, which include address updates, can no longer
be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in
shipping delays.
Before your order is complete we will send proof to review. If you need any
modifications made, you will receive a one-time request for a revision. Just let
us know within 24 hours of us sending you the proof with your requested
changes. We’ll make the change for you.
(Please note that modifications do not mean a full redesign or a different
type of style change. We will modify small details that you would like to
change.)
